Paradise Found is an original abstract mixed media painting inspired by the vibrant colors of tropical water viewed from above.
Created as a unique textured collage, layers of turquoise, blue, green, and touches of gold create the feeling of looking down into clear tropical waters, where beautiful colors seem to glow from beneath the surface. The rich texture adds movement and depth, while pieces of paper towels used in my studio to clean paint from brushes and palette knives became part of the artwork itself.
The painting is signed, varnished for protection, and includes a sawtooth for hanging.
